Dishes include asparagus wrapped in Serrano ham then carefully grilled or oriental spiced tuna carpaccio to start with followed by main courses such as supreme of Blackleg chicken, young leeks and cream of morels in vin jaune or British feuilleté of smoked Finnan haddock with quail’s egg and Coleman’s mustard sauce. Desserts are out of this world too especially Berger’s signature feuilantine of caramelised Granny Smith apple with Guinness ice cream and glazed hazelnuts.
