Clarke used to offer just a four course set menu which worked very well in its day, but now diners are given more choice with a weekly changing a la carte menu too. You may start with an amazing Scottish cep and San Daniele ham risotto with Prosecco, thyme and Parmesan and follow with Balmoral roe deer with apple and sage sauce or Cornish brill with herbed crumbs and thyme cream.
