Celebrity Chef Mark Hix brings his latest culinary venture to London’s Soho in the form of his self named restaurant Hix and offers romantic diners a classic setting in which to enjoy first class British cuisine. The stunning dark interiors complete with leaded glass windows and dark wood furnishings create an intimate and discreet ambience which is perfect for dining couples who want some privacy. Artwork by the likes of Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst and Tim Noble and Sue Webster bring a contemporary and interesting edge to the place. The menu features top notch British dishes such as smoked haddock with colcannon, poached egg and grain mustard or breaded Blytheburgh pork chop with fried duck’s egg and capers. After dinner head down to the clubby basement bar where the cocktails flow and the vibe is exclusive. Hix is an impressive restaurant where a meal for two can be a romantic as you want it to be.
