If splashing the cash is no problem then you are in the right place. The food doesn’t come cheap but then the quality if exceptional. Indulge in the Nozomi foie gras marinated in plum sauce and sake and served on a Lotus leaf or why not try the king crab salad with white asparagus and truffle. Larger dishes include the 10 hour braised pork belly with baby spinach and shimiji mushrooms or Wagyu beef served on a bamboo leaf with mirin, soy and chilli ponzu dressing.
