Heading up the kitchen at Pearl Restaurant is acclaimed chef Jun Tanaka, formerly of La Gavroche and Marco Pierre White’s, who has created an outstanding modern menu inspired by classic French cuisine. Using the finest seasonal ingredients, Tanaka produces exquisite dishes such as roast Dover sole with tarragon and capers, fennel confit, gratin of razor clams, shrimps and samphire or Denham estate venison cooked in a spice infused salt crust, beetroot tart tatin, pears and walnuts. The vegetarian menu is first class and if you fancy a little of everything, then the taster menu is just the ticket.
