Situated along Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia, Pied à Terre is co owned by top restaurateur David Moore and Michelin starred Chef Shame Osborn, both of whom have worked incredibly hard to make this gem of a restaurant the shining star it is today. A frosted glass frontage creates a fabulous anticipation for what is behind it, and once inside there are no disappointments. An intimate and chic interior sets the scene for some of the most stunning and original French food served in the capital. Indulge in dishes such as roasted saddle of fallow venison, baked beetroot, fresh walnuts, pommes soufflé, date and port sauce or poached Scottish halibut with an autumn truffle crust, a ragout crosnes, haricot vert and pommery mustard. Dessert should not be missed either when you can spoil your self with the likes of lime mousse with rum and vanilla jelly, caramel ice cream, peppermint and chocolate crumbs or bitter sweet chocolate tart, stout ice cream and macadamia nut cream.
