Make your date really special with a meal at the Soho Hotel’s restaurant Refuel

 

Situated on the ground floor of the fashionable Soho Hotel in London is Refuel, where a romantic meal for two can be enjoyed in the stylish and contemporary surroundings. The dining room at this well known Soho eatery is a smart setting with a long pewter bar and an eye catching mural detailing the site’s former history as a multi storey car park. There is a cosy and intimate charm about this place making it perfect for a discreet tête a tête. The menu offers a good selection of international dishes created by Executive Chef Robin Read and changes on a monthly basis. Dishes include saffron risotto with crispy squid; grilled monkfish with salsa verde and calf’s liver with bacon, mashed potatoes, spinach and sauce diable. You can also go for one of the tasty platters (Italian, Moroccan etc) which are ideal for two. The wine list is an exciting read and Refuel boasts a preservation system which allows it to serve many wines by the glass as well as some rather fine champagnes. If you fancy a tipple after your meal why not head to the adjoining bar and make a night of it.
