Dine in romantic style at the amazing Silk restaurant, the stunning Asian fusion restaurant situated in the five star London hotel The Courthouse Hotel Kempinski on Great Marlborough Street. You and your partner are in for a real treat at this magnificent fine dining establishment, situated on the ground floor of the hotel which was formerly a magistrate’s court. The dining room, formerly court room number one, is lavish, with a huge vaulted glass ceiling and stunning Oakwood panels and the original Judges Bench and witness stand maintain the buildings heritage and add a real talking point to the proceedings. Silk’s menu takes diners on a gastronomic journey of the old silk route and includes Italian, Asian and Middle Eastern influences. Head Chef Rajesh Parmar has produced an outstanding menu of fine dishes such as herb crusted halibut; stuffed crab with spices served and raw mango salad and scallops served in a ginger and coconut froth Desserts are delicious and include hazelnut crusted chocolate fondant and raspberry and tirfala ice cream. Silk has become one of London’s destination restaurants and is spot on for an impressive romantic meal for two.
