Restaurant and performance supper club The Brickhouse is an unusual and creative place for a meal for two in London

 

Chic and creative young couples will simply adore a spot of romantic dining at The Brickhouse, a fabulously cool restaurant and supper club situated in the Old Truman Brewery along Brick Lane in the East End of London. The Brickhouse offers quite an exceptional and rather quirky dining experience, which includes an excellent meal of Modern British cuisine alongside shows from performers such as burlesque dancers or aerial acrobats. The venue is set out over 3 floors, the top one consisting of four plush beds, the middle featuring intimate booths and a private dining room and the ground floor a hip bar area, each perfect for a romancing couple. The food is an innovative and exciting collection of Modern British dishes where you could be tucking into a plate of rare tuna with a wasabi foam or pork belly with a shallot tart and apple purée. Served up as 5 course taster menus, with special menus for vegetarians, prices vary depending on the dishes chosen. The cocktail list is well worth mentioning too, The Brickhouse certainly offers an interesting and entertaining touch to romantic dining in London.
