Start with potato topped scallops on pepperonata, basil and capers and follow with milk fed veal rump with bitter praline, parsnip, Chantilly and fresh morels. Desserts such as the famous “Snix” (molten chocolate, salted caramel and peanuts) simply cannot be missed.
