The first floor bar is always buzzing and also serves food which is a great bonus at busy times. It is the food at Tom’s Kitchen that has won the hearts of legions of loyal followers and will most certainly hit all the right notes on any tête a tête. Heart warming British dishes such as spit roast shoulder of lamb with mashed potato, Savoy cabbage, with bacon and parsnips or slow roasted pork belly with smoky buttered lentils are enough to fill anyone’s heart with joy. Baked Alaska set alight at the table is a great way to end on a high and utterly delicious too.
